Every property is different, so we do not publish a set price. Your seasonal price is based on driveway size and type, the walkways to be cleared, and your property conditions — quoted once, for the whole season.
Seasonal Commitment: Your Snow Season Pass reserves your place on our snow route for the November 1–April 1 season. The pass may be canceled in writing before November 1, 2026. Beginning November 1, payments are non-refundable, including winters with below-average snowfall or fewer qualifying snow events.

The Snow Season Pass is our season-long residential snow removal program, designed to make winter simple and stress-free.
Once enrolled, your property is placed on our established snow route for qualifying snow events — so you do not have to find a snow contractor every time it snows.
What is an Unlimited Qualifying Snow Service?
The Snow Season Pass includes unlimited qualifying snow events during the contracted season. A qualifying snow event occurs when snowfall reaches approximately 2 inches or more.
Once the 2-inch trigger is reached, our crews automatically begin servicing enrolled properties according to our established snow routes. There is no need to call or request service for qualifying events.
Do I have to call when it snows?
No. That is one of the biggest benefits of the Snow Season Pass.
We monitor weather conditions and automatically dispatch our crews when qualifying snowfall reaches our service trigger. There is no need to call or request service after every storm.
What portions of my property are included?
Your Snow Season Pass includes clearing of your driveway and designated sidewalks and walkways.
Depending on the property and conditions, our crews may use snowplows, snow blowers, shovels, or a combination of equipment.
Is ice melt included?
Yes. Ice melt application is included with each qualifying service visit on applicable designated walking areas.
When will my driveway be cleared?
Once qualifying snowfall reaches our 2-inch trigger, our crews begin servicing properties according to our established snow routes.
Because every storm is different, specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Service timing may vary based on snowfall intensity, storm duration, road conditions, traffic, equipment conditions, and other factors affecting safe snow operations.
What happens during a long or ongoing snowstorm?
During prolonged or significant snow events, our crews continue working established routes based on snowfall conditions, accumulation, safety, and storm duration.
Additional clearing may be performed when conditions require it. Final cleanup may occur after the storm has ended and conditions allow our crews to safely complete the route.
What happens when the municipal plow pushes snow into my driveway?
Municipal roadway plows may deposit additional snow at driveway entrances before or after Iron Oaks Landscaping services the property.
Reopening a driveway following municipal plowing is not included as an unlimited service under the Snow Season Pass. Return service may be requested for an additional charge starting at $45.
Is there a limit to how many times my property will be serviced?
The Snow Season Pass includes unlimited qualifying snow service during the November 1 through April 1 season, subject to our 2-inch service trigger and the terms of the Snow Season Pass Service Agreement.
There are no individual per-storm charges for standard qualifying Snow Season Pass service.
When does the Snow Season Pass begin and end?
The Iron Oaks Snow Season Pass runs from November 1 through April 1.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Customers may pay their Snow Season Pass in full, or choose convenient monthly installments beginning November 1 and ending April 1.
Is the Snow Season Pass refundable?
You may cancel in writing before November 1, 2026. Beginning November 1, the Snow Season Pass becomes a seasonal commitment and payments are non-refundable.
Your seasonal rate reserves route capacity for the entire winter and is not based on the number of qualifying snow events.
